SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is only available inside the continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Western New York Regional Customers:If you wish to pick up your soap order at our farm, you will be reimbursed (by check) for your shipping charges paid at checkout. Customer pick-up times are Monday-Friday 8-10am only. We require that you e-mail or call us within 24 hours of placing your order to arrange your pick-up date and time. If arrangements are not made within 24 hours, your order will have already been processed for shipping and no reimbursement will be allowed. Directions to our farm will be provided when arrangements for pick-up are made.
All Other Soap Customers:We ship only within the continental US when orders are placed online. Alaska and Hawaii customers may contact us directly if you wish to placean order. We do not ship internationally at this time, except to Canada. Canadian customers please contact us directly to place an order.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
On occasion, some of our products may arrive damaged for various reasons. We will gladly replace damaged goods or credit you for the item/s. We will determine how best to proceed given the situation, and may require proof of damaged goods by use of a digital camera image, or require the item be returned.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item. We do not accept returns for any other reason due to the perishable nature of many of ourproducts (unless item is damaged during shipping, see damaged product policy). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
