    I paid Excelsior Concrete Coatings $5000 on May 16, 2022 to do a job on my backyard patio. The coating and work is supposed to covered by 15 year warranty. I started leaving messages and emails in April of 2024 because the patio coating is cracking and lifting. It is getting worse because it is now peeling leaving openings where some can trip and fall onto the cement. Here is a copy one of my email messages. To Excelsior ***************** (or anyone from ******************** interested in helping a customer)This will be my 5th attempt to have someone look at my patio. I called and emailed photos on April 22, 2024 My wife called and left a message on May 17, 2024 I emailed and sent a message through Messenger on May26th.I have been very patient but my patio is getting worse and causing a potential danger or trip hazard. I did call and send pictures with Hope to have the repair done in time for Memorial Day. That has passed and the lack of even just a response is unacceptable. Please, before my patio gets worse and I have to act on the neglect I have received from Excelsior Concrete Coatings. Call me at ************** or email me ******************** you, ******************* I did hear from someone who is unidentified but replied to messenger and asked for more photos, I provided more photos and have not heard back. I asked if they were able to view the photos, no reply, I messaged them again with more photos and told them I will be posting the photos and my receipt. I would hope no one else is a customer of theirs facing neglect as I am.

    Excelsior Concrete Coatings applied a special floor coating to our shop floor. The product is marketed for use on garage floors, work areas and shops. There is a 15 Year Warranty with the product manufacturer. We have had chipping and scuffing from the very start, less than a year. They have been back once to touch up but the floor is still chipping and the scuffing is getting worse. I have been in touch with Excelsior and also Penntek, the product manufacturer. I was promised by Excelsior they would return in April to repair the problem. They never showed up and they have been ignoring my emails and phone calls. ******* has been trying to get them to respond as well.
