    The worst at returning refunds. I sold my home in September 2022 and still have not received my refund for the propane which was of 1000$. I have spoke to multiple people in the office and apparently they sent the check to the wrong address 4 times. The company outsources their billing which is ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please beware!

    I WISH I COULD LEAVE A MINUS STAR. ******* ************. IS WILFULLY NEGLIGENT AND A COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR COMPANIES INEQUIITY, EVEN WHEN 9 PIPES BURST AND A HOME WAS TOTALED AS A RESULT OF THEIR FAILURE.
