      I had Nate install our electric for our pool, he charged me in my price for an inspector to come out and inspect our electric. He never gave us a copy and honestly, I do not even know that he had an inspector come out. When I asked him about the certificate so I could have the town come out, he said he sent it to the town. The town says they never received it, I contacted Nate numerous times and he kept telling me he would get it for me, still a year later nothing and he continues to not respond to any of my calls or emails. All I want is a copy of my inspection certificate, I do not understand why he is refusing to give this to me, if he even ever had one done.

      Response taken by phone:  I spoke to the customer and let her know that this was done in 2021.  The inspection is done by a third party and they keep the records on file.

      The day after Nate came, I called and asked him for a copy of my inspection certificate so that I could schedule my pool inspection with the town. He stated that the town had a copy. I called the town, they did not have a copy they said. Called Nate, told him what the town said, he told me the name of the two companies he uses, I called them, they said they did not do the inspection. Called Nate and told him this, no problem he says, he will send the electrician out, texted him again and let him know i still needed it and he continues to ignore my calls...I asked him numerous times for the certification within 1-2 weeks of my install. I didn't just start asking him this year. At the very least he should do what he stated he would do in the texts provided and send out an electrician. Again, if supposedly it was inspected, why wouldn't he have given me a copy of the inspection from the company to begin with, instead of saying that he would send an electrician out to do an new inspection? Also, when I ran into him last month he asked when I had the pool installed and I told him and I quote." no problem, here is my card, email me all the information and we will get a copy to you". Again, no response. Thank you!

      This company owns by Nate B**** started out well, but then he turned out to be a complete Jerk & a very dishonest, inexperience business man!

      After taking thousands of dollars from my company and I, and spending countless hours pretending to be doing work, when questioned, he became defensive and walked off my project 3 weeks before my Restaurant's opening on 7/28/22!

      My company, ****** ***** and I had to scramble to find another company who confirmed that Premier Alarm and Electric did not do any of the work that they were hired to do correctly! Infact, all they did was ran empty wires all over my space with no power! This included my restaurant's Hood system, fans, all appliance circuits, fans, all lights, switches, main circuit, sign lights, security cameras, etc. Him and his men left me with any empty shell!!! This guy and is company is pure talk. He pretended that he cared,
      but he turned out to be a huge hurdle from hell! They are clearly inexperience and should not be doing electrical work for anyone, let alone commercial business in this county or any other state!

      To prove his dishonesty and inexperience, the new company corrected and completed the work in under a 3 days!

      After what Nate B**** did to me, I would highly advised that his A+ BBB Rating is removed from public notices, or show his true rating of F Rating! He's known to walk off of other jobs. He himself confessed doing this to other companies! Clearly he has no idea what he's doing. Taking monies and not completing the work is a crime! Nate should reimburse my company and the monies you robbed from me and all the grief that you caused me and my staff! You are a dishonest thief! Because of this experience, I will never trust another contractor with such a large amount of money without having full proof and better results of what I experienced! SHAME ON YOU, YOUR MEN & YOUR SO CALLED COMPANY!??

      To Add salt to my wound, your men are posting negative ratings about my food and my company. STOP!

      Response taken by phone:  We started the project but found the consumer very disagreeable to work with.  We chose not to complete the project but are not pursuing the outstanding balance.
