      When I lived in northern **********, Abbey Ice delivered my water to my home. I had to pay a bottle deposit for the service. I moved and canceled my service with them. They picked up the empty bottles in November 2022. They told me I am owed my deposit back and would send me a check the Saturday following the pick up. I have now called at least twice a month and given them my information every time. Each time, I am dismissed and told that when she comes in, shell write your check. They have my name and address. I called again on 4/15/23 and left a voicemail saying this is my final attempt at getting my money from them before I go to BBB. On Sunday, someone named ***** called and left a voicemail asking for my name and address. I called them back on Monday, 4/17/23 to give that information. However, when I called, the man on the phone knew my address and where to send a check, and again said, when she comes in, shell write your check. I have been trying to collect my money since November. I was promised it would be sent that week. It is now five months later and the company is becoming more rude and dismissive.

      Please be advised that our customer, *****************************, is completely correct in her description of the issue concerning the delay in her receiving the bottle deposit that was due her.
      I placed a call to ******************** last evening and left a message apologizing for both the delay in remittance of her deposit and more important, to express my regret that she was treated so disrespectfully. We will certainly address that issue.
      Check #***** for $33.00 (the amount our records indicate) was written and mailed last night.
      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and for your assistance in resolving this.
