    On April 9th, 2024 Supreme Mulch started a job putting soil first and then mulch throughout my home in *********. Leaving the job unfinished Supreme Mulch was supposed to come back Wednesday April 24th, 2024 with additional mulch, but postponed appointment until April 27, 2024. I explained, I wouldnt be at home that day due to a funeral and *******************, owner of Supreme Mulch, assured me that his crew was professional and I didnt need to be at home and it would be done. Nothing occurred, job was not completed. I explained to *** that I needed the job done and that he was fully paid already. *******************/Supreme Mulch, lied to me told me that he would finish job, that he spoke to his crew supervisor ***** and was aware job was incomplete and would finish. On Saturday May 18, 2024 Supreme Mulch dropped a pile of mulch in my driveway. I texted supreme mulch on Wed May 22, 2024 regarding the unattended mulch pile and asking to finish job, no answer. Supreme Mulch, ******************* never showed leaving a pile of mulch in my driveway from May 18, 2024. Texted him again on May 29th, 2024 basically telling him if he didnt finish job I would reverse charge, still no answer. So, I hired a third party to finish. Keep in mind Supreme Mulch is fully paid with all the extras he ask for and charged my credit card on April 17, 2024. I know he gets text messages because its how we communicated prior. *******************/Supreme Mulch by design, make it difficult to communicate. You cannot find an email or website way to communicate with Supreme Mulch and the only reason I had his cell phone to text is because ******************* called me on it. I even tried ******** but couldnt message. Additionally, besides not finishing job and getting fully paid, Supreme Mulch has never given me a receipt for work purchased after asking for receipt numerous times. Have no receipt for what I even paid for, which I know NJ has laws against this behavior. Have all texts saved, not enough upload
