      This place is a joke! It is advertised as it has many amenities that it truly does not. The air conditioner went out during our stay and we called 15 times, left multiple messages and no one responded! They are in business to collect money/ so do not expect any customer service whether its an emergency or not! This business needs to be out of business!!

      Hi i want to report the Global luxury suites at thier location at Address *******************************************************. Where i stayed at for a weekend from June 23 2023 to June 26 2023. During my stay there my bathroom flooded which i immediately called their customer service line to report the issues. It took until the morning i was going to leave thier location for them to get someone up to the apartment. I stayed in the apartment all night on the 25th waiting for someone to come from their emergency line. **************** had a hard time getting someone to answer and respond to their calls until the next morning. I have contacted this company many times since then to get a refund for my stay and each time they denied it and tried to say when they got to the room it was dry and their was no flood. I sent them pictures which shows those leaks and water damage from what happen. I want to report them as they have horrible service and practice for how to handle situation and when i reported the issue they didnt get anyone up to the room which o stayed in with water all over the bath and leaking water over the ac unit. Please look into this location. I requested to be compensated many times and each time they denied it.

      On June 8th, my credit card was charged $710.28 for the final payment of a luxury vacation rental in *************. The room, listed by Global Luxury Suites via VRBO, was supposed to be a 247 sq ft luxury suite with private balcony separate living room, dining room, full Kitchenette, spa-like bathroom, access to fitness center and business lounge for a 5-night stay.Upon check-in yesterday at 4p, I discovered the actual room was nothing like the advertisement. The room is not a suite, but an extremely small 140 sq ft room. There is no dining area, living area, or full kitchenette (see attached photos). The private balcony is not private and access to the fitness center is not included.I immediately contacted Global Luxury Suites to request the suite I reserved and paid, but was told there are no other options. I requested a refund but was also denied. I requested to speak with management (supervisor) but instead, I was repeatedly placed on hold until the department closed at 5p.This suite was part of my partners birthday celebration and our engagement weekend. I chose this location based on the features and amenities listed in the advertisement on VRBO. The merchant used false advertisement to scam me out of $1500 total. The product provided is NOT what is advertised. This was overall a sale with false pretenses made to me, resulting in fraudulent misrepresentation and I want my money refunded.

      I stayed at **********************. I was scheduled to stay for 14 days, but only made it to day 4.Sunday evening upon checking in I found the washing machine broken, tv broken, living room lamp broken, bedroom lamp broken and the place is very dirty. The floor is even sticky. I sent an email immediately to inform GLS and to get help.Monday I received no response to my email so I called them in the afternoon. They hadn't read it yet. I waited while they found my email and tickets were issued for the repairs but not for cleaning. They said they would talk to housekeeping ************* repairs were made. I asked about cleaning and again was told they would get back to me. In the evening I wanted to shower and noticed when the washing machine was fixed they dumped the nasty water in the shower leaving it unsanitary and unusable. I notified GLS of the issue immediately. It was after 5pm so I receive no response on Tuesday. I had to bath in the Kitchen sink.Wed. I again asked for cleaning. I was told housekeeping was already there but they would come again. It would be scheduled for Thursday. I am now having to bath for the second day in the kitchen sink because the shower is gross.Thursday I returned at 5pm looking forward to a shower and being able to take my shoes off for the first time in the apartment (dirty sticky floor). Unfortunately, I returned to a dirty apartment. I call again and am told housekeeping had cleaned and would not be returning. That is when I took pictures of the larger issues as the smaller debris and the sticky floor don't photo well.The apartment was not a sanitary/safe environment and after trying to work with GLS for 4 days, I ended up leaving and going to a hotel. Oh, the shower felt good!I requested a refund and GLS and they offered to refund me 4 days! They refuse to refund me in full because the contract states non-refundable. I guess it doesn't matter if they hold up their end of the contract to provide a livable space.

      We had to cancel our prepaid vacation rental due to having to return to ****** in March 2020 due to the emergence of Covid 19. We could not reach anyone at booking.com where we made our reservation and then when we finally made contact they told ** to deal directly with Global Luxury Suites which we attempted to do. Eventually, GLS contacted ** and gave ** a credit that we had to use with specific conditions that we have not been able to meet re: timelines, border closures and min nights. We are ********* and paid over ******* ** dollars which we have not been able to recoup in any way despite many attempts at contact. The ********/US border was closed for 19 months so we were not able to enter into ******* during the border closure and were not able to use our credit. We have asked for an extension in regards to timing and our request was refused. Our preference would be to receive a full credit for the stay we had to cancel.

      I had scheduled a vacation with them through ****. Payments were accepted and 5 days before the reservation, they cancelled the reservation without warning or explanation. We will never reserve with this host/management company again.
