    Vant Sold wall panels that are defective and will not call me back to resolve the issue, I have attempted to call the 800 number during business hours for a week straight only to find that the voicemail says they are not open when in fact it is during working hours, I have also sent MULTIPLE emails requesting contact to try to resolve the issue of having multiple panels that do NOT clip into place, to no avail. the company flat out does NOT reply.

    Dear BBB,

     

    We received your complaint, We are open daily Mon-Thursday 9-5 and our phone line are operational as well, we are not sure why the customer has been unable to reach us, On Fri we are only open until 12pm. they have tried to reach us then, we have received an email over the weekend, please note that our team gets back to work on Monday, we do not answer CS email on Saturday and Sundays,, as soon as we got back to the office we replied to the customer, and we will resolve and replace any damaged or defective items as we usually do.  Please find our communication with the customer on Monday Feb 26th.

     

    This seems like a regular CS issue that can and will easily be handled.
