      I placed an order on ***** on April 29, 2024. Once shipped, the estimated delivery date was between May 8 - 12. Tracking number: ****************** on the SpeedX website. On May 7 it was out for delivery, and then said "parcel mis-sorted". I went on the website and clicked the links for parcel mis-sorted that were on there - seemed like a logistics issue that could be solved, they said that another driver had to pick up my package and would attempt delivery. On May 10 it was out for delivery again, the next update on May 11 was "Attempted Delivery: no access". This is a lie, to access my building they need to call my phone number and I did not receive any phone calls from anyone. On May 13, it was out for delivery again but then there was an update "Attempted Delivery: Invalid Address". I have ordered from ***** countless times in the past and never had any issues with deliveries until they changed shipping companies to this one. I have been trying to contact the shipping company over the phone since May 8 to speak with a representative to see what the issue really is, but they only have an automated message that hangs up each time you call. The chat option on their website also does not work, it's not possible to speak with an agent. I submitted a request on their website to see if someone would end up contacting me for help, but all they said was that I needed to contact the seller (I had already been in contact with them about the issue, but the shipping issue belongs to the shipping company). I am at a loss for how to get to a real person either via chat or over the phone. I ordered my items almost a month ago as I really urgently need them and I haven't been able to come to a solution. I have also offered to pick up my package from their distribution facility or pick up point as this is no issue for me. I really need my order. I googled this company and I am not the only person having these issues, there are many Reddit posts/TikToks and ****** reviews.

      Additional link: **************************************************************** There have been numerous misdelivered packages from this company to my address. Out of about 10 (may be less) packages only 1 has ever been delivered correctly. There is no number or address to contact this company about the issue so they can fix it internally or train their driver or even get nap improvement for addresses. When reaching out to the link for customer support no one ever responds back for resolution. The first time I reached out. It took almost 6 months to even hear anything back from this company regarding the problem. Even then there was no help or acknowledgment of trying to improve other than just contact the company your ordered from to get a refund or have them help you. The company I order from so far has been understanding and helpful but they should not have to keep paying for a mistake that is not their fault. There needs to be a proper chain in place where if a package goes missing a claim is made, etc. Nobody wants their packages delivered incorrectly and in the event the original company I ordered from does not provide a resolution, the customer is screwed and at a loss hundreds of dollars (depending on order total) with no help. It is utterly ridiculous and poor customer service to say the least.
