    So I originally ordered a ****** washer from **** ***** and was given a one-year warranty through the company. I called the company and they hi sent me to white appliance to come repair it because after two months and now doesn’t work white appliance has done nothing to work with me I have a business and I am working and they only wanna give me one hour notice won’t even give me a day ahead of time to tell me what day I’m trying to get my washer fixed. I was also told that if there was an issue, my washer would be replaced Now the people at White furniture are completely disrespectful and have done nothing to help me. I’ve gone a month now. I have five children that need laundry done. This is absolutely ridiculous that they cannot give me days notice to let me know what day they’re gonna be coming over they wanna just call and give me one hour notice that is ridiculous for any business any help in this Matter would be greatly appreciated thank you

    BBB spoke to Terri at business and the following was relayed: This individual is not our customer. We were contacted by ********* and asked to go look at a washer outside of our service area. We said yes, I contacted the individual and asked when she was available. After discussing over the phone the technicians were confident in what parts needed to be ordered and we ordered them to try and expedite the repair. The consumer wanted them as quickly as possible but we were unable to get the parts when she wanted them by. We asked if she wanted to go elsewhere and she said she would wait and that she needed it done as soon as possible. We told her it would be the following Wednesday or Thursday and if she couldn't be there, she could have someone else there to let us in. She said she would arrange to have someone available. Our service tech contacted her on that Thursday to let her know he would be heading out there. The consumer got upset that he called and hung up on him. He said he would try again the next week. The next week the same thing happened, the consumer got mad about the phone call and hung up on the service tech. We informed ********* and they agreed that we do not have to go back there. We are not willing to return to a hostile situation. The consumer will need to find someone else to make the repairs, there are several other technicians that work in her service area and she can have ********* help her locate one.
