    On May 21, 2024 - Joey B***** from J and S Blue Collar Services was hired to power wash and seal my patio. He ruined my patio by sealing it improperly. He came back out 2 days later to "fix" and made it worse.

    BBB spoke to the business and the following was relayed:

    I had multiple communications with the customer to try and resolve. There were pre-existing spots that we pointed out after pressure washing and the customer said to just seal over. After sealing, the customer then blamed the spots on the business. I went back and redid to which the customer said it was fine. Then the customer filed the complaint. I contacted her and offered her a partial refund of $600 which she refused/declined. I also offered to pressure wash for free which she declined. I have tried to resolve this reasonably.

    Better Business Bureau:
    They are outright lying. There were absolutely no pre-exisitng spots anywhere on my patio. They never offered me any sort of refund AT all, much less any free services. I have our entire text exchange to prove so.This is beyond arbitration at this point.  I have obtained an estimate to repair which will cost upwards of $5k.  I have turned over everything, including our complete text exchange to my attorney who will be handling this matter from this point forward.They had every opportunity to refund, which they refused (I also have proof of that as well).  We will let a judge decide from here.
