Yes, my house burnt on April 1st 2024 so I got relocated to the microtel in Springville and the hotel manager is not very good with customer relations. I have two dogs that have CCL issues. Also, she will not move me to the first floor so I don't have to get surgery done on my dogs. I would like this manner resolved before I leave the motel or I would like my insurance company to be reimbursed for my stay because I'm not where I need to be or where I want to be and the motel manager has it out for me and another tenant in the microtel. Both the regional manager and, the manager at the hotel are both not good with customer relations? Today I had to pick up part of a joint on the floor because the manager wouldn't do it. The regional manager won't even return my phone calls

Good Afternoon, The guest in question actually moved rooms several times. After the last move she was told we couldn't keep moving her as we have to deep clean every room there are pets in. She was put into a suite which is our largest room at that time. The room was on the 2nd floor, but we do have an elevator. Also, we have explained our pet policy and that pets can not be left unattended in the rooms. We had several guest complaints from the dogs barking. We also explained everything to her insurance company who had contacted us.  The guest did reach out to me via text message. I did try calling her back several times. The last time she answered the phone, stated she couldn't talk and hung up. I never received a return phone call or any other messages from the guest. The guest checked out yesterday, April 16th.  We feel like we went above and beyond by accommodating her move requests several times. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or concerns via email or phone, my information is listed below.  Thank you, Tammy I***   Regional Manager    *****************
