    I would like to rate them ***** if possible. Charging fake fees for offloading my cargo supposedly in ** while I paid the shipping company to transport it to **********. I never contracted with Charterlink and they held my freight ****** at destination in **********. PLUS I had to pay the company who actually offloaded my freight in **********. Added a cool 42% to my shipping costs and these criminals think I should be grateful they only charged me 42% for supposedly moving my freight out a container while I paid 58% of the cost to the shippers who moved it ***** miles. Their explanation for why I'm charged twice for the same thing, is that there is an "office" and a "warehouse" charge. I would avoid dealing with them like a STD.

    Company is charging a bunch of FAKE fees, and will not release our cargo until we pay them. AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Dishonest.
