    I bought 2 new boilers from HOMESERVE in Nov of 2023 that were serviced 5 times before their technicians determined that a 5" exhaust pipe was too small to keep the unit running, something they should have known. They told me I needed a 4" drain pipe moved by my plumber (at my expense) so they could install the larger 7" exhaust, at their expense since it was their mistake. My plumber called HOMESERVE for the details and was told that I am responsible for the cost of all the repairs even though they told me they would cover he exhaust due to their error. For the last 3 months almost every morning I have had to reset the safety switch so we can get hot water and heat. I have been given a complete run around since this nightmare began. Please advise me on how to get some recourse in this situation.Thank you

    We are in receipt of the complaint filed by ************** and regret to learn of his dissatisfaction.HomeServe *** places our customers at the heart of everything we do and considers customer satisfaction of utmost importance. We take customer complaints seriously.

    Following the submission of their complaint, *** and ************** were contacted by a representative from HomeServe's Office of the President on April 4, 2024. During this call, the receipt of the complaint was acknowledged. *************** asked for a return contact number and indicated that ************** would reach out to the representative from the Office of the President to further address the complaint.

    The OTP representative will investigate the complaint and liaise with ************** to reach a satisfactory resolution.
