    On October 30th, 2024, ***** towed my car to the mechanic shop Sunrise Auto Center at **********************************************************************. For about two weeks he didnt get back to me nor even reach out to me about what was going on with my car. I called, called, and texted yet I got nothing. He didnt even reach out to me. After calling and texting for about 2 weeks, I finally got a hold of him and asked him about an update on my car. He explained to me that my engine was damaged and that it would cost $4,500 to repair. He also explained that I might have been eligible for a recall by ******* to repair my car for free. He called ******* to get some information for me and they explained they couldnt. I also called ******* to double check and received the same answer. On November 11th, I stated to him that I would just have to sell the car so that it may be removed from his shop. He never responded to me. On November 13th I asked him for pictures of the car so that I may sell the car and remove it from the shop, yet he never responded to me nor answered my calls. On November 18th, after harassing him for 5 days, he finally sent the pictures. On November 24th, I let him know that somebody wants to purchase the car and if he could please send me the mileage. He then called me and let me know that his friend wants to purchase the car. I agreed. We discussed a price of $300. On November 27th, I asked him if his friend could higher the price yet I got no reply. On December 22nd, I contacted him again with urgency asking if his friend still wanted to buy the car as he was ignoring and not contacting me back. - please review attachments for complete explanation of what has happened.
