    I called the bakery ordered 3 lb cookies to be sent to my sick nephew they delivered the cookies but my niece said the cookies were so hard .they charged me 10.00$ to delivered it I want other people to know when you all from out of town they send old cookies or cake thats not right .I ordedit from ******* .I am embossed that my niece had to call and tell me the cookies were horrible they could eat them

    This was handled over the phone this past weekend. The customer called and expressed her dissatisfaction. And we expressed our apologies that the recipient did not like the product. The type of cookies we make is a hard, crunchy cookie, made with all butter. The product was not returned to the store, so sight unseen we refunded this customer 50% of her money back, in good faith. The customer seemed ok with this arrangement. We wouldnt intentionally send a bad product because it was ordered from out of state. We have a very good reputation and we ship out of state often.
