    If you care about your well being or safety of your elderly family member, stay away from this ambulatte company. I was unfortunate enough to have them drive my mom after leg surgery (she cant walk after the surgery and is in the wheelchair). The driver cursed her out, told her that hope she freezes to death, along with several other curses, and drove with open windows from Brooklyn to ** when its 30 degrees outside! In addition to that, he refused to bring her back inside the rehab (even though its his responsibility and thats what he was hired to do!) Instead, he left her in the car with open windows in January!!! While she was pleading for help! She called me crying and I had to rush from SI to Brooklyn to deal with the situation! He also assaulted ************** who was accommodating my mom. When I called the owners, they didnt even bother apologizing!!! They have camera in the car, have confirmation that the driver drove with open window and didnt take my mom back, but refuse to do anything to make it right! We all have parents and we will all be elderly one day, I really hope that no one would have to deal with what my mom experienced! Some people shouldnt be allowed to work with other people, it definitely goes for the driver of this ambulate and obviously the owners since they tolerate and accept such behavior!
