    They sell plots as "perpetual care included" and "beautification" but they do not deliver on the contracted services. If you request to have repairs or complain about the neglect they defer to their attorneys instead of taking ownership for the agreement. No leaf removal (although they claim they do it.) Every time I go there, and that is frequent, leaves are still there and piling up. Patchy grass, no grass, just dirt and dried up, clearly not maintained. Most recently reached out to Moravian and their attorneys, since this is what they want you to do and they couldn't care less. Never responded. The pictures on their website are not representative of reality. The reference on the website regarding maintaining beautification is not reality. They are not accessible and take no accountability. Only time you hear from them is when they want to sell decorations for the holidays.$$$. Reasonable expectations and requests are ignored. And the contract is worthless. You have to wonder why they get their attorneys involved. Is it a scare tactic? This is a customer service issue, not a legal matter. That in itself is quite telling. Anyone can go to the cemetery and see the truth for themselves.
