    I have been going to this business since the beginning of 2020. This year was the first year they told me I had a deductible on my insurance of 550 dollars and they came up with a payment plan of me paying 55 dollars every session I had on top of my usual $20.00 copay. I went along with this for several weeks until I called my insurance company to make sure this was correct because this has never happened before. My insurance company was adamant that I have no deductibles and should not be paying more than the $20.00 copay. Upon telling them this they told me they would look into it. Then they told me they looked over it and I still have to pay the deductible. Again I called my insurance company and they not only assured me I dont have any deductibles to pay but they also keep a call log of everyone who calls and this business did not call my insurance once to try to clear this up. I have given them $440.00 towards my deductible that does not exist. My insurance has also left messages with the head of the billing department explaining my policy and the woman that called even gave her personal number incase the business wanted to call her back and confirm and they have ignored.
