    I'm seeking either a full refund or a timeline and commitment to complete these projects in writing.History of Events:I have the following receipts attached confirming payment for two projects: $2,380 for the Custom Closet Door project paid on April 17, 2023 $800 for the Custom Oak Shelves project paid on April 26, ********************************************************************** around May 15, 2023 Visit by Nicky ********************** on June 1, **************************************************************** two phases, the first by mid-June (subsequently pushed)The second on July 6, 2023 Installation of partial Custom Closet Doors by ****** and an associate on June 22, 2023 I have received partial services for the Custom Closet Doors. ****** has confirmed that upon installation of 3 out of the 5 closet door sets, there were adjustments to be made on those installed, including damage to them during transport, wrong size of one of the sets, modification done to my ceilings, crown molding, and other areas to enable installation, and also installation of the closet doors in the bedroom. The guidance that ****** would come back to confirm measurements the week of June 26,2023 and install other closet doors and fix those installed, including the modified parts of the apartment, on July 6, 2023. There was an agreement that the shelving unit could come later than the given the intricacy.Despite multiple check in's by text to ****** on June, 28th and July 3rd, there was no response. I said it was still okay for him to come measure as long as he was there by July 7th, 2023 and that all doors and shelving wer done before August 1, 2023 July 7th, 2023 - I reached out to confirm ****** was coming, but he promised to come over the following week I reached out on July 10th, 2023 to Franky to confirm that he was coming then or July 11th, 2023, and I got no response. Since then, and despite several voicemails to ****** and one as well to ****, as well as several text messages to ****** and several to both ****** and *****, there have been zero responses since July 7th, 2023.
