As per my child, in this dance studio(Brooklyn and Staten Island) employees are rude to customers and their kids. They curse in front of children and talk nasty towards them, sometimes even call them names and think it's a joke. They don't care about how the kids feel about their comments and eyerolls to them. They are not being professional meaning they hate some kids but love and cherish the others. They only care about a select number of students. My child was at the studio for about 2 years and we were not planning to leave but anytime i asked for their tax ID number during the tax period or recalculations for fees, **** ***** De Siena would get all rude and nasty and i started to become afraid to send my daughter to the studio so she wouldn't be negative towards her or make her feel uncomfortable . This all started when me and **** came to a agreement that we should pull my daughter out of a hip hop dance that **** said she didn't know even though she did. I asked **** " Is there any chance that I can get my money back for the dance she's not participating in?" She said "No, I cant refund you" even though I prepaid for Starpower competition on January 9th witch will be happening in future dates . Then I told her " I'm going to contact Starpower competition center just to make sure I cant get my money back" but she replied "No, you will not". The story ends with her kicking my daughter out of the studio a week before the regional competition and misinforming all the kids by saying that my daughter quit. Now all she is sending me is competition bills that I'm not sure if i should pay considering my child wont be competing with this studio anymore plus unused makeup classes or costumes. Please handle this situation in the right manner and prevent all other kids not to get trauma like my child did. Please do not hesitate to contact me via phone or email if there is any additional info needed such as proof of cleared checks and etc... Sincerely *****.
