I never signed up with this company and they just started billing my company's electric account. How did they get my information? This is FRAUD. How are they getting away with this?

We also experienced fraud with Power Up Energy.. Power Up Energy switched the electric account for our business from our current electric supplier to them without authorization.

I just received a notice from Power Up Energy welcoming me to their service. The problem is, I never signed up with Power Up Energy and I am the sole decision maker for our company regarding electric service. I am now trying to get resigned with my *************** supplier. I see I am not the first to complain about this.

Fraud!!I work for a small company and Power Up Energy switched us from our current electric supplier to them without authorization. I have no idea how they were able to do this without speaking to someone at our company but they did. Fortunately our current supplier contacted me immediately and we were able to correct this issue without any fees or penalties. Power Up Energy should be ashamed to conduct their business in such a deceitful manner.
