      On 09/17/22 I placed a breakfast order at Burger King through their delivery option from the Web, at Burger king located at ****** Union Turnpike Queens **** *****. However, they are listed as the address that I provided above. I never received my order, apparently who Bi/urger king sent the order with delivered my order to the wrong address. Which is not the address that I have on the site. I contacted Door Dash, because Burger king apparently sent the order with that company. I was then connected to Burger king customer service, I spoke to a representative by the name of ******, whom informed me that he could not locate my order through my E-mail. I used ******************** which is where my receipt was sent to, I requested to speak to a Supervisor, to rectify the problem and was informed by ******, that Supervisor *** ******* refused to speak to me, because he has the same instruments as the representative, I was charged $35.36, which was already deducted from my account. However, I was refused a refund and was told that someone would contact me within a week. I feel that I am being taking advantage of as a customer, and this is unprofessional practices. I value my money just like anyone else and should receive appropriate services I pay for. Therefore, I should not have to await any time for an order that I did not receive. In addition, for my refund, when I have the receipt to prove the charges. Therefore, I am reaching out to your company to ensure that I get my full refund in a timely matter.       Thank you for bringing this to our attention ***************.  However, when I went back into the system to research your order for that day and time, I did not find an order with your email or an order with that total amount ordered from our Burger King located at ****** Union Turnpike.  I also checked our Doordash portal and did not see any orders on September 17th for Breakfast at this location in that amount.  ******** and Burger King have exceptional customer service and when you contact Doordash regarding the order, they will work with the customer to provide a refund in every case.  It is possible there was a temporary hold on your card and the order did not go through and you were not charged in the end for the order as we do not have it at this Burger King or in our Doordash Portal.  If you contact Doordash with your order number, they will be happy to refund your money if they find the order int their system. The Doordash Customer Refund Number is **************.   If not, you can contact your bank to dispute the charges and request the charges be taken off your account from your banking institution.  We apologize for any inconvenience, however, we cannot locate any order with your email or that total from this Burger King Restaurant on that date in order to provide you with any refund directly from Burger King.
