  Well of course this lying representative from the store will claim nothing happened, he doesn't want to get sued. If he viewed the security footage from March 29th, 2024 he wouldn't need to ask his employees. He could clearly see for himself that I was assaulted and held hostage by at least a half dozen violent criminals he employs. I even have a short video on my phone but one of the thug security guards grabbed it so I couldn't record more than a few seconds, because I had to fight him off so he wouldn't steal my property. I did try to file a report with NYPD but the problem is they're as corrupt and racist at this store, as they refused to take my complaint because I didn't have a visible injury (I did have a painful gash on my right hand but it healed before I had the time to go to the precinct). The disgusting police obviously manipulate crime stats to protect their image so I'm completely unable to have criminal charges filed against the thug security guards. As for the respondents ridiculous claims that the store didn't profile me because they're minorities, how in the world does he figure being a minority remove him from responsibility? Unfortunately a lot of ****** and Asian-owned businesses in *** have a nasty habit of mistreating their Black customers because of harmful stereotypes, and I refuse to be quiet or pretend like the paid thugs that work for this store did nothing wrong. I am STRONGLY considering hiring an attorney and SUING KEYFOOD! I will NOT let this incident go away!

  GOOD AFTERNOON I AM RESPONDING TO THIS ALLEGATION RECEIVED BY MAIL FROM THE BBB. AFTER INVESTIGATION I HAVE FOUND NO RECORD OF THIS INCIDENT TAKING PLACE. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT WE DO NOT HAVE SECURITY PERSONNEL AT THIS LOCATION AS STATED IN THIS ALLEGATION. AS FOR THE MANAGMENT TEAM I SPOKE TO THEM PERSONALLY AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY RECORD OR RECOLLECTION OF THESE EVENTS TAKING PLACE. I CAN SPEAK FOR MY ENTIRE STAFF IN STATING THAT WE ARE APPALLED THAT WE ARE BEING ACCUSED OF RACISM BECAUSE WE EMPLOYEE PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE AND AS THE ***** OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT I AM ALSO A MINORITY. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT IF THIS GENTLEMAN WAS IN DEED ASAULTED AT SOME POINT I WOULD ENCOURAGE HIM TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE **** SO IT CAN BE THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED. OUR POLICIES HERE AT KEYFOOD ARE CLEAR WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHECK BAGS BUT AT NO TIME ARE PERSONNEL TO PHYSICALLY ENGAGE WITH ANYONE AS THIS WOULD PUT THEMSELVES AND OTHERS AT RISK.
