    Excellent in every way! ******* and his team took my rotted crumbling dangerous bathroom and crafted a beautiful functional place. Very timely, the whole project was completed in a week.

    WORST experience ever! i agree with other people, told 3 weeks to finish the bath room remodeling, but it take two months, start with job, he is keep saying " i should charge you more money ". when he start the job, his worker took down everything before my agree. i have to pay extra money to reinstall the glass enclose area, after job is done, my neighbor came by ( i was try to recommend to) by look the job is done. he said it is very lousy job, not professional, just like you and me can do it. The wall tile is not even, the floor grout is broken, and even worst the stand free tub is not seal to ground ( he show me his old tub, it is sealed to ground ) . called tub manufacture, it says the tub must sealed to ground at least 1/3 area. The water in bath vanity sick is very slow, have to call someone to clean the water sink. most after all, he ask the container company to sent a mechanic lien to me for the money what he wants. excuse me. i have paid more than the amount on the contractor. and he didn't replace the window and i have paid the medicine cabinet which based on contractor and email , the contractor should pay. if you want to do business with the home pro improv, i would see you should write ever single things on contractor.
