      I would like to thank The Men With Tools company for a job well done. We had a new bay window recently installed at our home. From the initial meeting with the product specialist ********************* to the final installation of the window, the entire process was flawless. The installation crew were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for new or replacement windows.

      I had a great experience with Men with Tools, especially the installation team of *****, ************ They arrived on time to install 3 windows and completed the job in 3 hours. Also thoroughly explained how to open them before leaving. Highly recommend.

      The men who installed my windows were very friendly, efficient and professional, the did a great job and left no mess behind. I will use the men with tools again for sure!

      The service men were clean and neat. They explained why they were here and what items they were going to redo to improve the installation. The work are was left near and clean and they explained and showed me what they did and why it will be a better situation after!

      I used The Men with Tools to replace all three windows in my condo. I was impressed from start to finish. ****************** and Audi did a great job installing the windows. They were professional, efficient and clean. Then, the company contacted me to schedule a follow up appointment, so they could check on the install. **** was so helpful. I was having one minor issue with one of the windows. He took his time to look into it. He immediately fixed the problem for the time being and ordered a new part to fix it permanently. He explained many of the features of the windows and how to place a service call if I ever needed to. I would recommend The Men With Tools to everyone!

      Cons: Very bad after service support and planning. I had a broken window (at the time of their installataion) and a need for changing the moulding on a couple of windows. It took them over 4 months to get the day scheduled (and this was not because of product delay) and even after that they werent prepared for the job, there was overall confusion from the guy who comes in to do the job vs the person i talk to on the phone. Pathetic display of customer service. All their promise about ********************** support post installation goes out the windows for me. I will use another service for the rest of my house now.Pros: Windows are good quality.

      The Men With Tools prides ourselves in giving our customers an outstanding installation experience before, during, and after their project.We take our commitment to service very seriously. We will come out to the home to assess needs as many times as necessary to resolve any issues for each and every customer. After sending our service technician out today to replace a sash, it was discovered that he needed to assess replacement of moldings on two windows that were not installed by our company and were not notated on the original contract. We had requested your patience as we communicated this issue to the owner being that we had nothing on record in the contract for this additional work. We strive to give everyone a great experience before, during and after, but unfortunately we cannot please everyone. Let us know if there is anything we can do further to assist you.
