    To whom it may concern,I have been trying to have this management company refund my payments of $600.00 to the sale of my apartment in ********************************************************************************. I have been in communication with *** ******** ******. Who has promised me she will be mail the cheques to my new address on my countless phone calls to her. The last phone call with her, she informed me that she just received the package for the sale, that was 3 weeks ago and the check will be going out that Friday. Before that conversation via telephone, she informed me that she will not be cashing the checks but that was not the case. Instead they have cashed the cash, I just wanted my refund for the move. $500 for the deposit and $100 for not coordinating with the management company because the Superintendent was on vacation at that time. The management company approved the buyer and schedule the closing of the apartment.

    Good afternoon.

    In response to the complaint filed against Carriage House by ******** ****** Please note the closing of this unit was handled by the co-op attorney. Once the closing took please our office had to wait to receive the closing documents from the attorney in order to reimburse ******** his move out deposit. During the time of the sale of this unit *** ***** was noncompliant with my office staff and was very dismissive of the move out procedures stated the cooperatives House Rules. His demeanor was rude and disrespectful of my my agents. The move out deposit was refunded to *** ****** There should be no further course of action necessary as the file has no been closed and sale complete.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT 

    This is not true. All I am asking is the money refund back to me.
