I have not had power for approaching 24 hours. I am in a shared townhome and need access to the shared outside breaker. I need directions as to where it is. The management company has not called me back, I have left numerous messages with the answering service who is now just ignoring my calls. Con ****** will not come out as they are saying there is power to my house. This is completely unacceptable. Please help

We are a property management company with an after hours service that picks up the phones after business hours. They are suppos** to take a message and call/text the proper individual on call at our firm right after the call comes in.  It seems to me that the complaint is bas** on a particular operator at the call center we hir** to answer these calls and not EWC directly. For whatever reason they didn't forward her calls or stopp** answering her calls. I can't speak to why but can call them to complain on her behalf. The electric is the responsibility of the owner, privately and has nothing to do with management. Owners like ****** pay con ** directly and any issues with a bill, service or meter are between the two parties. *** has no jurisdiction or management  over this particular issue and when we were notifi** of the issue, we graciously made the consumer aware of where her circuit breaker was locat**. We could not doing anything further and are not responsible or liable for the disputes between the two parties mention**. Hope this clears things up. Thank you.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [Your Answer Here]

The issue was not with Con ******* The issue did not have to do with my bill and it was unfortunately due to a circuit breaker located on another units property. The issue could have been resolved quickly as per the hired ********. Log numbers given to me are **** and ****. The ******** at that time states an on call representative of the management was reached and sent the ********s call to voicemail twice. This is a breach of service as the management company. Additionally, the hiring of a third party vendor by the company should also be responsible as a second ******** did not relay the messages. While that is not the fault of the management company, they contracted this business and they should be held to do their part.

Unfortunately we must hire a third party operator for after hours emergencies and rely on them to provide info to us and the clients in a timely manner. We have since spoken to the third party call center to provide this negative feedback and are in talks with them providing us a few operators specifically designated to our company so we can work closer with them. We are also exploring other vendors/ operators but will say this is the only instance we have found with a problem. The system normally works seamlessly without any hitches, so its possible their was a human error with that particular operator, or perhaps a misunderstanding between the client and operating company.
