    On the morning of January 20, 2025 I requested a two day (small package) delivery. The agent in charge explained that my package would not leave until January 21 because of the snow we received the prior evening but my two day delivery would begin on the 21st and my package would be delivered the 23rd or the 24th at the latest. The fee for a two day delivery cost me $38.92 however, my package was not received at its destination until January 28. That was four days past the latest date given to me and eight days from my request. I called the store and asked for some credit being I paid two day delivery I was told I would receive a credit within 2 to 3 days when this did not happen I called back and I was told to wait a few more days I called the third time and the gentleman told me I was given the wrong information - he asked for my email address and said that I would be receiving an email regarding my request. Two months have passed, and I have not heard from them again.

    4:26 P.M. Significant weather events across the globe are impacting the ***********. Although your location may not be impacted by adverse weather, the movement of packages in the network may be impacted by weather conditions in other areas.

    While we cannot refund a shipment denied because of weather conditions as stated on the *** website, we do very much enjoy you as a customer *** ******** and are willing to give a $38.92 store credit on us for the inconvience.

    Please note that all of the following *** Store procedures were completed on the staffs end and it is morally *** Capital denying the ****************** Refund. Thank you and hope to see you again with a happier setting! Thank you.

    On 3 9 2023 I paid for a *** mailbox at the ups store on staten island #****, at ************************** Box # ***. I have been trying for weeks to have my mail forwarded. I moved and it is not feasible to go in person to collect it. I am happy to pay the postage. I get no response. My new address is ***************************************************************. All I want is my mail forwarded. There should not any more going to the *** box as I changed my address with the post office. (My former address was *****************************************************************. All I want is my mail forwarded. I don't need the junk mail, just the important mail. I have tried repeatedly, but received zero respose. Thank you.

    I've been trying to submit a claim for over a month now I called *** corporate twice to submit the claim against a *** store that stole my package and nothing seems to be getting resolved. On October 11, 2022 I had dropped off a sneaker package I sold to the company ******. The package was in a sneaker box and sent out the next day. It was brought to my attention from ****** that the package they received was empty. After emailing back and forth ****** had sent me a photo of the package they received (which was an envelope), and it was NOT the package I dropped off originally to the UPS store. Not only was my package stolen but when I went back twice after this was brought to my attention, I asked for a supervisor and was told they're not available. This is been an ongoing issue for almost a month and I'm losing out on a lot of money. Can someone please help me with this matter. I called *** corporate twice. The first time someone took all my information and told me someone from *** will contact me, I have not heard anything and it's been over a week and a half. Second time was Friday 11/4/2022 and I was told to submit a claim online which I am unable to do for some reason.The UPS Store is #**** *************************************************** I am attaching photos of emails, drop-off receipts (went there twice) and the actual Shipping documents ****** sent me.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by The UPS Store regarding complaint ID ********. You probably will not hear from them, I've went in person numerous times to speak with a manager and was given the run around. They told me to file with corporate and as you can see from my uploaded documents and emails, they have not been responsive either.
