    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed with Safe Water. My order of 10 gifts, totaling $535.00, arrived in unacceptable condition.Upon receiving the shipment, I noticed that the shipping box was damaged. Moreover, the 10 boxed gifts inside were not sealed, causing the contents of each gift to spill out and get mixed up. This made the gifts appear used and unsuitable for gifting.I promptly requested a return and was asked by the company, Safe Water, to provide photos of the damaged shipping box and the disarrayed gift boxes. I complied and sent the requested photos. Subsequently, I was asked to provide close-up photos of any specific damages to the products. By that time, I had already repacked the gifts in a new shipping box, ready for return, and did not send additional photos.Unfortunately, my return request was denied, with the company blaming the shipping company and refusing to acknowledge any fault. As a result, I now have 10 gifts that look used and are not suitable for their intended purpose.Regardless of the shipping company's involvement, the fact remains that I received a damaged product from Safe Water. I kindly request a reconsideration of my return request or an alternative resolution, such as a replacement of the damaged items or a refund. I believe this issue can be resolved amicably and look forward to your prompt response.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
