      ***** this company at all costs. We paid for someone named **** to pick up and dispose of a full oxygen tank no longer needed. They never showed up. I was in constant text and phone contact with **** trying to set up a time for pick up. He didn't show, cancelled, re-scheduled, didn't show, etc. He said just "put the tank in the lobby of the building" so he could just get it at his convenience. We said no, we can't just leave it in the lobby. More texting and no-shows. Then he instructed us to empty the tank and throw it in the garbage. Again, we said no, that is not the proper way to dispose of an oxygen tank. I called he company and the receptionist said she talked to the manager ******** ********* who told her employee **** to pick it up. Again, no show. No text. No call. This has been going on for over a month. Still no resolution in sight. AND WE ALREADY PAID FOR PICK UP. This is an absolutely UNREAL level of corruption and incompetence. They do not deserve anyone's business.

      Do not trust your childs medical supplies to these careless sellers. They sent out a completely different thing from what I ordered. No apology. My infant depends on the infant cannulas. Thank god I am a prepared parent because you can not depend on this company! I had given them a second chance from messing up a first order too. My mistake and never again.

      *** bought multiple products from this company over the years and have always been more than satisfied with the products and interactions with the staff. They are kind, knowledgable and always available to answer questions. There is a respiratory therapist on call 24/7 who is extremely helpful with troubleshooting. I recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so!

      Stay away if you want to avoid unresponsive customer support. I sent an oxygen concentrator in for warranty repairs. Three months in, and after multiple phone calls, I am unable to determine its status or whereabouts. The Office Manager, *******, showed absolutely no interest in helping me resolve the issue, and she could not have been more condescending. The repair company, Oxygo, has been helpful but can only tell me they never received the machine to repair it. So for the third time I'm told to wait for a phone call, which so far has never materialized. Meanwhile, my 94 year-old mother is confined to her room as she cannot handle a tank. I don't know when I have been more disappointed in a business.

      I would give zero stars. I purchased an oxygen concentrator that broke after 4 weeks and they ask me to ship back to them for 1-5 weeks for repair and will not provide a replacement. I dont use oxygen for grins. I need it. This is unethical

      I ordered on 7/27 and paid 20 dollars for 2 days shipping, it is the 30th and it hasn't left ** yet I was referred to this company by ********* while I was ordering from Amazon. Big mistake I will never do business with them again.
