    I talked to someone yesterday and a supervisor was supposed to call me back . I put in a request for a visit for bloodwork for my mother on Friday the Monday . It said it was $150 and someone would call me to finalize and confirm the appointment. No one ever called and on Sunday I received a receipt for a transaction of $200 . I called first think Monday to cancel because no one had even called to say she would be seen and no one was authorized to charge more . The woman I spoke with said I was being charged the full amount because it was a same day cancel and the extra was because of location . In your own facts questions and answers page it says there are no other fees and the fee listed is the only fee .

This policy is intended to cover the costs associated with reserving our team's time and resources for the appointment.However, I acknowledge the frustration caused by the lack of communication and the unexpected charge.     My experience with Speedy Sticks could not have been worse!The phlebotomist was lovely and I was poised to give her an excellent review but upon reading the horrendous reviews I decided to wait until the processing of my blood was complete. It was well that I waited. She processed the blood incorrectly and the compounding pharmacy had to discard all my blood. I had to begin again. Thankfully, ************ another at home service, did a superb job. I would give Speedy Sticks a zero rating if it were possible. USE AT YOUR PERIL!
