    On January 31st, 2022, I signed a contract for a tombstone with Supreme Memorials in Staten Island, **. The *** provided was 16 weeks to have this stone installed. I was forced to pay in full, $5565.00 paid in check. This is a normal tombstone, made out of Granite which should not take more than 4 weeks to produce.I have followed up with *****, an employee here who took my order, every month. Every time I reached out for an update, the date was changed and pushed backed further out. This job should have been ready as end of May based on our contract signed. Every time I reached out I received a new date pushed further back.Our last communication at the beginning of August I was told and guaranteed that this would be completed and installed in the beginning of September. Without any communication from Supreme Memorials, today after I reached out I find out the stone was again pushed back supposedly because it was damaged and needs to be reproduced. I don't trust this company anymore, and need this resolved immediately.It has been a massive runaround from day one. I need this stone installed by the end of this month and compensation for my lost time and aggravation.
