  The care and conditions at this facility are deeply troubling. Despite numerous meetings with management and the administration team, and providing documentation and proof of our concerns, multiple issues persisted. Our loved one experienced several medical emergencies, during which the staff either seemed unaware or indifferent, failing to provide necessary care or take action to summon emergency medical services. Only through persistent insistence from a family member did the facility finally call for aid. The lack of attention and care had devastating health consequences.Additionally, we repeatedly reported instances of stolen or missing personal items, with the staff showing dismissiveness until multiple occurrences forced them to provide compensation. Due to the negligence of the staff, our loved one suffered multiple falls, resulting in a broken hip and permanent inability to walk. Even after this tragic incident, they continued to be found on the floor, with the facility's only solution being to lower the bed. Our loved one experienced dangerously high blood sugar levels, black eyes, extreme weight loss, bedsores, and wound infections.Although we initially felt that our concerns were acknowledged, this sentiment was short-lived as the same issues recurred shortly thereafter. In our efforts to address these problems, we requested medical records, only to be met with resistance and unhelpfulness from the facility, which changed their requirements for releasing documents.We hoped that by informing the administration, we could rectify the seriousness of the situation and shed light on the issues we faced, potentially raising awareness for others. However, our experiences indicate a systemic failure in the facility's ability to provide adequate care and address concerns effectively. I would not recommend sending a loved one to this facility due to the negligent staff and mismanagement.
