    On August 22, 2022, the sales manager of Reliable Office Solutions that was servicing our area, after having insisted to be allowed to come to talk to us in person, has come with a one page proposal, very colorful, very cleverly designed. We have told her repeatedly over the phone that we were not interested in changing anything to our existing contract since our nursery school, ************************* and Kindergarten was not doing well financially and we were not sure we would survive, but she insisted that she wants to come to show us that they are restructuring and they want to have only one bill instead of two and it will actually benefit us. She even wrote it on the proposal, the only document left with us. We would save $20/month and to make it even more attractive she would change our bulky copier with a slimmer one. My partner had me on the phone for all of this, since I was the one paying the bills . I remember asking the sales manager, why would they do such a thing and she said that it was because we have been such wonderful customers for so long and sometimes they want to do something nice for such customers. Since we went over this repeatedly and she assured us that we would actually benefit, we said ok. My partner, who was overwhelmed with our situation, and having believed in what the salesperson said, signed the paper she gave her without reading it.Forward a year and when we closed doors I called to ask to have the copier removed; we were told that we have a 5 year lease. We had no idea that we have been scammed into such a thing. We believed the salesperson. We have paid our bills for a year on time. We explained our situation, but they refused to remove the copier and to honor what the salesperson has told us to trick us into signing a document we specifically told them no to. There was no reason for us to change what we had and we did not solicit a new contract, or new copier. We want them to leave us alone after removing their copier asap.
