    I went to sterling optical on 3/18/24 for eye exam and new glasses. The person conducting the exam rushed through the exam and said my prescription changed slightly I purchased a pair of distance glasses and a pair of reading glasses when I went on 3/24/24 to pick up the glasses the reading glasses were not right they said come back tomorrow Monday so I can be re-examined to make sure prescription is correct when I went in they did not give me another exam they were double talking me and now I have glasses I cannot wear either they correct this mistake or I want my money back I spent over *******. I hope you can help me with this situation.

    To whom it may concern,

    On March, 18, 2024 ************************************* came into our location for an eye examine with our doctor, he ordered (2) pairs of glasses. ************************ left our location that day completely satisfied and thanked the staff for their help.

    On April 1, ********** called our office to say he was having a problem with the prescription, patient was told he needed to see the doctor if any changes were needed on the new prescription.Patient made appointment to be seen again by the doctor on April 8. Patient was seen by our doctor and the doctor changed prescription. The new prescription was given to patient same day service. Patient left with his eyewear completely satisfied with the new prescription.

    Our location prides itself with customer service and is always willing to work with our patients. Thank you in advance for helping us resolve this situation.
