    Clearly this is a scam company. I never got my masks and was told I would receive a refund. Never happened.

    I was not surprised at all to discover these very poor reviews for COVCARE after not receiving masks that I ordered almost 3 weeks ago! (I agree also with another reviewer that if I could give a rating of 0 stars I would). I called COVCARE today at the number listed on the order confirmation I received via email (starts with area code 347) and, of course, no one answers but you immediately get a text saying ""Sorry we missed your call. How can we help?". When you call back, however, no one answers nor does anyone answer the phone at their Staten Island location either. I would like very much to get the masks I ordered or a refund. It is my understanding, however, of how BBB works is that I would have to file a complaint with BBB instead of a review in order for them to take action against this company. If this is the case I would be happy to withdraw this review if I could substitute it with a complaint. Please let me know, thanks very much, as consumers are obviously really being scammed by this company and the authorities (whoever that *** be:) need to be made aware of this problem and deal with this unethical company.

    Heres what they say about not shipping my order after 4 months.I would like to inform you that we are currently backed up for Black POWECOM KN95 Respirator Face Mask due to the high volume of orders. The masks can take up to 2- 3 weeks to ship. However, we are ready to offer you an exchange with the available masks - Black KN95 masks or White KN95 masks. You will receive an exchange for the equivalent amount that you have paid. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.Please do let us know if you would like to go for an exchange Black KN95

    I have used CovCare twice. The first time everything went normal which is why I used them a second time. 4 months later I have not received my product nor my money with the most extensive excuses and runaround.

    To be fair and balanced, I've been buying KN95 masks from CovCare for almost 3 years, and never experienced any problems. Their prices beat everyone's, and their shipments were on time. Recently, I had delays and some dubious explanations for several months. The order was for KN95 masks. ************** in cust service personally kept abreast of the issue, and ultimately I did receive my order. I approved a substitute, and received legitimate 5-Ply masks. Since there are national supply chain issues (empty shelves everywhere) I believe that CovCare is no exception to this, but must improve its communication. Just the facts, even if it's a big delay. Candid, honest and efficient cust service reps, like *******, would be helpful. I'll continue to order from CovCare, without any reservations. **************

    I gave CovCare a 1 star rating only because I could not give 0 stars.I purchased N95 masks from CovCare three times. Only once did they send the product that I ordered. The other two times they sent an inferior product that cost less than the product for which I paid. I was not aware that I could purchase these same masks elsewhere; I have since found out that I can buy the same masks on ****** for half the price that I paid CovCare and I also get free Prime shipping.The first time they sent the wrong product I was too busy to fight with them. Also they had my credit card number, which made me very anxious. The second time I received the wrong product I called and requested that they send the product that I ordered. CovCare asked me to send them a picture of what I had received. I did that and also included a copy of the mailing label. I waited two weeks and heard nothing. I called again this week. There was no answer on their phone line which they advertise as being available 24/7 365 days a year. So I sent an email. I received a response and again I went through the process of sending a picture, etc.. I forwarded previous correspondence. The tech support person sent an email and asked if I would be willing to settle for a refund for the difference between what I paid for and what I got. I had previously told him that I did not like the product I received; had never used the cheaper masks that I gotten before; and I wanted the ones that I ordered. I emailed my previous correspondence. I have not heard back.Fortunately, I paid using ****** and I am requesting a full refund. I also intend to alert others that this is not a company that you want to do business with.
