  Great Company could not be happy with the quality of work provided by them! Called and was immediately greeted with great customer service. I could not be more grateful for them. The Tech ****** was super professional and very personable. He inspected every area of my house he was very thorough. The pricing was excellent as well. I cannot stop raving about how great this company was and will be using them in the future, and will recommend to everyone.

  I'm a squeamish young woman who lives alone, so when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen I knew I needed to act fast. All Platinum Pest Control was AWESOME - they pick up the phone all hours of the day including weekends, and they had my job booked and completed within 24 hours of my phone call.I live in a large luxury building in *** and the building staff is not much help beyond laying traps, but All Platinum Pest Control did it all and then some! They did a full inspection of the apartment, filling holes with steel wool. They cleaned up all the areas of mice droppings for me. They pulled out every appliance and checked behind it to find the source of the mice. They sprayed poison everywhere and laid a ton of glue traps in intelligent locations.On top of that, they did a full sanitization service to kill all the germs and disease left by the mice. I was SO impressed by this all-in-one service - it makes me feel so much better and safer to go back into my apartment after this.I hope I never have pests again, but if I do I'm glad I can trust All Platinum Pest Control to handle them for me.

  **** was detailed in explaining how the technician would seal up the holes where the mice hide and enter the my kitchen. They took care of all the mice and came that day. Price was great and service was top notch. I would highly recommend All Platinum Termite &Pest Control.

  Sometimes when we don't have knowledge of a situation, such as pest control, we rely on reviews for recommendations to help us choose a quality company. This was my recent situation. I careful read reviews for the All Platinum Pest Control and after a brief conversation over the phone with the scheduler, I felt confident that they would take care of my issue and they gave me peace of mind. This was my first impression. Unfortunately there was miscommunication with the technician who came to do the job and I called to see if they could return at a later date. Unfortunately through circumstances beyond anyones control, a colossal misunderstanding took place. When I was finally able to speak with the owner and understood what had happened, I was humbled by his kindness and his generosity. My first instinct was correct- that this is a quality company that really does care about their customers. I have reached out to the BBB to have my original complaint/review removed and am just waiting for the process to complete. If you are looking for a professional company, this is the right place and I would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

  I spoke with ***** regarding a termite issue on my house. He was very detailed in explaining what we needed to do in order to get rid of them. They scheduled me with a manager to have him do an inspection and once they confirmed it was termites we got to do the treatment right away. ***** did the treatment right after confirming the issues. I have nothing, but great words to say about them and the way they handle their business. Very professional and great staff. I would recommend them for ******** issues in the tri state area.
