    PAC installed a Navien combi system for me in June 2022 but did not provide any instruction on how to use the system. When we used it in winter, it did not work for one zone, therefore, one floor did not get heat. PAC said the thermos wire was broken and therefore was not PAC responsibility. Though the broken wire was reachable by hand, PAC technician did not connect it for testing the system, instead said it was not under the contract. He left our tenants in very cold environment. *** does not have business moral.After we made the thermos connection, the system still did not work and we had to call PAC to come again. A technician came but could not find the root cause, though he tried to blead the system and add a new valve. Because of very cold weather, we had to retain another company recommended by Navien. The new company found that the control board wiring was incorrect and therefore made a change to the wiring. The system then worked. We have invoice on what was corrected. We also have pictures and videos to show the correction. The *** owner agreed to pay us back for the repair but the manager of our project refused to pay. Also, *** since then broke their warranty for the installation. So far, we have to use different company for two things that are supposed to be under the warranty: the low water cut off replacement and expansion water sum pump replacement. PAC is technically weak. It is irresponsible and unreliable. Everyone should avoid doing business with PAC as you likely are not getting service in winter if anything happens to your system PAC installs.

    Stay away from this lowlife thieving SUPPOSED LEGITIMATE plumbing outfit. My brother is a 75 year old handicapped ******* Marine veteran. He called this thieving lowlife outfit which I find VERY hard to believe has ANY favorable reviews, let alone 1.2k, to replace the rubber flapper, and flush valve in THREE basic tank/bowl water closets (toilet bowls). This lowlife charged him $1,281.00. $1,281.00! He even stated specifically in his invoice with a clear head exactly what I describe was done. There is NO exaggeration on my part. I would stay from this THIEVING RAT like the plague. FAIR WARNING!

As a business, we invest weekly in training our team on customer service and hold 1:1s with each and every team member in the field and in the office so we can maintain our great reputation. The *****+ reviews you mentioned, is a reflection of our team culture of training and coaching to ensure we are the best we can be. Our service professional, *****, did a thorough evaluation of the entire system including addressing all plumbing concerns the client, ****** had. *****, then drafted 6 different up front and transparent options with varying pricing depending on what job ****** wanted to get done. The client, ******, picked an option that suited his needs with the agreed upon price prior to us doing the work. The proposal ****** approved was the Minor Toilet rebuild including a 5 year warranty on the work performed. I understand this sounds like a lot of money and it is. Operating a great company costs more than just the plumber's hourly salary and the material for the job. Factors such as union benefits, licenses, GL insurances, workers compensation insurance, fleet management, office salaries, computer expenses, drug testing, background checks and much, much more must be considered in our overhead and in turn, reflects in our pricing. We use a flat rate price book that encompasses all of our direct and indirect costs for each job that is performed. This flat rate price book does not fluctuate from job to job and it is not adjusted per customer. It is unfair to accuse a company of thieving when the client had the opportunity to choose or decline any option we gave them before commencing the work. We do what we can to lower our costs but we will not cut corners to do so. We strive to be the best in our industry and our pricing with industry leading warranties reflects the hard work and dedication all of our employees put in to make our company amazing.
