    My mom contacted this company to waterproofing the leftside foundation wall of her house. Contractor came to the home quote her a price of $9,500 after his inspection and then wrote up a proposal that reflect the quote given and it was signed. We gave the Contractor a deposit of half the job via check and the next day the company began work. Day one laborers showed up without the Contractor and we recieved a call saying his guys were there. We let them begin the work and provided electricity as agreeded. When they left the foundation wall was completely exposed from the outside of the house and intact. Day two the same thing no contractor just the laborers. They began removing the bricks from the foundation then the contractor calls and says it will cost over $42,000 to repair and we told him to tell his guys to stop the work and we will find someone else cause that wasn't what was agreed on the proposal. I was at work and my mom took pictures. The laborers continued to work throughout the day still creating more damage to the foundation. After getting a new contractor for the job we called back this company and requested some of our deposit back and the contractor agreed but never sent it. So we paid a new contractor to repair the damage caused by this company and to do what we actually paid this company yo do. We are now stuck chasing this company to get our money back cause they broke the written contract we signed and then the verbal agreement to give us our deposit back. Beware of their shady practice of trying to squeeze clients for money. We had multiple companies come before our decision to go with this company and then after and each contractor confirmed that what was done wasn't necessary.
