    I had attempted to schedule a tryout ****** for my 4-year-old child on Freedom Aquatics website on February 26, and found that the only available time slot was on Wednesday night, 8 pm to 8:30 pm. I sent an email requesting alternative times, but did not receive a response until March 7. In the meantime, I had scheduled a tryout ****** for my child on March 1, which was confirmed for Wednesday, March 8, from 8 pm to 8:30 pm.On March 7, I received an email from your staff offering to schedule a tryout ****** for Thursday, March 9, at 6 pm. However, as we had already scheduled a tryout ****** for Wednesday, March 8, our schedule was full and we were unable to take up the offer.When we arrived at the South ********** swimming pool for our scheduled ****** on March 8, we were told that no appointment had been made. The staff member offered ** a tryout ****** on March 9 at 6 pm as an apology and compensation. However, we do not believe that this is an appropriate solution, as this a free tryout ****** that is open to the public and not exclusive compensation for the inconvenience caused to our family. My 4-year-old child was heartbroken and disappointed as he had been looking forward to his first swimming ******. We had prepared for the ****** by purchasing a swimming suit, goggles, and a swimming cap. It is unacceptable that your staff failed to make the appointment we had scheduled and confirmed, causing undue inconvenience and disappointment to my family.We need your facility to update and complete the reservation system to avoid such incidents from happening again in the future. We know of many other parents who have had similar experiences with waiting for a long time to receive a response from your staff.We hope that you will take prompt action to address this issue and ensure that your customers receive the level of service they expect.
