    On April 14, I reached out to ******************************* to seek her services regarding filing my 2021 tax return. I have worked with ******************** for at least 4-5 years when it came to tax preparation. ******************** express acknowledgment and confirmed receipt of my tax documents to begin working on them for the 2021 year. On June 15th 2022 I reached out to ******************** again to get an update on the status of my taxes as I had not heard anything back from her. On June 16th ******************** texted me my projected refund amount and inquired if she could direct deposit into account ending in ****. I responded to ******************** stating this account did not belong to me and provided her with my correct account number and routing number. ******************** expressed understanding and thanked me for this info. At this time ******************** was paid her preparation fee. Upon receipt of my source tax preparation documents, it showed ******************** still deposited the checks into account **** even after explaining that account did not belong to me. I made ******************** aware of this mistake on July 23, in which she stated she would take a look into it for me. Multiple attempts were made into contacting ******************** which were all met with a response of Ill take a look. however no feedback or updates were ever given. Attempts were made to contact ******************* via phone however she has yet to return a phone call. It appears that ******************** has no intentions of resolving my problem, and any of my efforts to contact the *** myself has been unsuccessful.
