    My neighbor had asked me to oversee two tree removals she had scheduled with **** from Holly Expert Tree Care Service. She told me he presented himself very well and was very knowledgeable about trees and anything related to trees. He diagnosed one tree as unsalvageable and the other tree she wanted remove as It had become a haven for Lantern Flies and was growing inside a pergola and destroying it.He removed the tree without damaging the pergola. He removed the other tree and ground the ***** completely. He put all branches into his shredder and took trunks with him. He cleaned up all debris and put ******************* back. The price was as quoted and very reasonable. Work was high quality.. Don't think you can do better than **** and his able staff and I'm happy to write this review.

    Unfortunately, Holly did not meet my expectations at all. The expert arrived, examined the tree, and mentioned it was "healthy" even thought it had multiple purplish curled leaves. I was told that a $50 fee would be charged to send a specimen to be examined for further info, if I so chose to agree to this strategy. Of course, I did! Now, it's 8 weeks later, and although I was told that the Holly expert had my tree results, he never called. I was told twice that I would be contacted with my specimen results the next day, I never rceived a call or apology or explanation. Very disappointing to say the least. I will never recommend this service.
