    New Balance online store is a scam, I tried to purchase sneakers for my husband (who complained that he wasn't able to do a purchase online) using two different cards and three different browsers, as their customer service recommended. For each purchase they canceled the order, but kept the money for few days. Calculate how much money it is for them to keep! My bank clears balances immediately so it is not the bank who did the appearances. Due to this scammy website, re-sellers are double charging the sneakers on other websites, somebody should do something about this kind of bad business behavior.In today's age there is no excuse to have dysfunctional website, unless you are doing something illegal and grabbing peoples money for few days to clear your books. Shame on you New Balance!
