    We parked our 2020 White ***** MDX at your Purchase Park 2 Fly *** location from 02/16 - 02/21. When we picked up the vehicle following our trip on 2/21, it was dark, cold and raining, and neither the parking attendant nor the cashier advised ** of the damage or the policy to check the vehicle before leaving the site. In fact, we were rushed into our car, perhaps in an effort to disguise the damage. We communicated with the onsite manager, *******, on 02/22 and 02/23 to report that our left bumper was dented while it was in your lot. We were told at that time that we could not file a claim but that the issue would be escalated to her manager, **************** and were provided *******'s email address. On 3/1, my wife called the JFK location again and spoke to a "****" who informed her that there was surveillance video available that could be reviewed to confirm if the damage was done while on your property. We then wrote to ****************, on 3/3 to report the damage and lack of response from *******. ******* promptly called me back, from a blocked phone number, to advise that he had alerted his claims department. At that time, ******* requested that we email him two estimates, which we did on 03/13. The estimates were from reliable auto repair businesses ******************** and ******************************. We have attempted to contact ******* and ******* weekly via email, but there has been no acknowledgement of our emails. Emails were sent on 3/13, 3/17, 3/28, 4/4 and 4/10 (from our attorney).Notably, knowing that there are video cameras on the Purchase Park 2 Fly lot, on March 1, 2023, and again on March 3, 2023, we asked ******* via email to retain and produce the relevant videos for the time frame that our car was parked on your lot. To date, ******* has not done so.We also confirmed via the company website, booking email, paid invoice and location signage that there is no posting of this requirement to file a claim on site prior to leaving the lot.
