      I ordered two steel entry doors and two steel storm doors. I placed the order on 04/15/2023. I was told by the salesman who came to do the measurements that the doors would be ready for installation in about four weeks. It has been now three and a half months since I have placed the order and gave a $3000.00 deposit. I call them every two weeks and I am told lies and different excuses that it is the manufacturer of these doors that says all of parts are not in yet. No doors should take three and a half months to build. I called on 07/28/2023 and was told another two weeks for parts plus another week for doors to be assembled. This is a lie because I was told this excuse before. When I call them they will tell me that they will call me back in a couple of minutes and they never do. I have to call them again and I am giving more lies and excuses. I asked for my deposit back and I was told to read the contract I signed stating this was a customer ordered door no refunds. I feel at this point these doors will never be delivered and installed and this was some kind of scam. I cannot wait much longer because the doors on my house are very old and need to be replaced. If Fiberama cannot install these doors soon, I ask for your help in getting my deposit back so that I can go to another door installation company.

      HI,************* called me this past Thursday or Friday and I told him I would call the factory while he was on hold. The factory confirmed exactly what ************* stated. the doors will be shipped to us within 3 weeks from our conversation.Believe it or not Cov-vid is still hampering deliveries.This information has been confirmed W.e will make this installation a priority and call the client immediately upon receiving the doors.       In July ************************************************ July 2022, the awning was already cracked. I reached out to the company and since it was within 2 years they were willing to repair the 2 panels. They did so on Aug 12, 2022. The next morning when the sun was shining I noticed the replacement panels were the wrong color. I called Fiberama on 8/13 and was told someone would call back Monday 8/15. No one did. I called back on Wed 8/17 and was told "the color of the original awning must have faded in the sun". When I explained the awning was less than 2 years old I was told to call tomorrow since he is not in Wednesdays and speak to the owner. I called Thursday and was told the owner left early but someone would call me back on Friday 8/19. No one did. I then emailed the owner on Sunday 8/21. Today is now Friday 8/26 and no one has gotten back to me.

      ***************** did place an order for a zorox awning on 6/17/20.  On 8/12/22 we did in fact change a sheet of roof material [zorox]that had cracked sometime with in the time period of installation and august of 2022. the product and the labor were both still under guarantee  and cost ***************** nothing. ** ******** complaint is not that we changed the sheet but that the new sheet is darker than the 2 year old sheets that have not cracked.  the sheet we replaced will also fade with time and it will catch up somewhat to the older sheets as they have already done most of there fading in there first two years. Unfortunatly we cannot fight mother nature and fading is a process that happens to ALL of our products. we also install windows and doors and these items fade in time as well. ***************** still has an additional 8 years on all the parts on the awning and we will honor that guarantee if were needed in the future.Fading will always occur and we do not warrantee fading at all as it is expected with normal external  wear and tear.
