    I completed my hours to renew my qal in Nov. 2023. Everything showed completed so I submitted to the ca department of pesticide regulation. I then got an email from the state saying 4 hours were missing so I contacted pested. Pested said 4 hours were never completed but if you look at the attached picture top right it shows completed and passed 11-2023. Then if you look down the right side it shows different years. Pested said they combined years so it looks like I passed but was 2021 grades. There structure should not combine old hours for the simple fact of mixing things up. I also can't login to pested to check any certificates which I'm supposed to have access to anytime.

    The customer did not complete their course before the December 31st deadline given by the state. They did not take any quizzes or the final exam for the 4 hour course mentioned. Each student is required to send us an email after they complete each course so that we may review their course results and issue them a certificate of completion. The customer did not send us completion emails until January 12th, **** which was 2 weeks after the deadline. At that point we reached out to the customer leaving multiple voicemails as well as emails which the customer confirmed he received but didn't feel it was necessary to reach back out to us. The student's are allowed to print their certificate anytime before their December 31st deadline. They are not able to print certificates after that because the courses are given new approval numbers for each year by the *******************. They do not want students to print certificates with the **** course approval numbers when trying to send in their certificates for courses taken in 2023. It causes a problem in their system. We can always email the student their certificates. After the student asked for us to email him his certificates we did so. The customer emailed us asking for a refund on 2/2/24. We responded back to them letting them know we were going to issue them a refund that day and to expect the refund to reflect on their credit card within 3-5 business days. I am not sure why they are asking for another refund, but the customer can contact us if the refund hasn't reflected on their card within that timeframe and we can see what the issue is. I've attached the refund receipt to this response.

    I put this complaint in the same day the refund was processed. Still have not received in my bank has already been 3-5 days. I do not want another refund just what is supposed to be coming in. I have used pested.com about 6 times now and will never use them again it easy to blame me but again if you looked at the attached picture it show passed and completed 100%. You system has flaws that can easily be fixed with a better computer technician. I also have a complaint going with the sponsor organization for the state.

    That picture shows that the last time you accessed (logged into) the course was November 2023. You logged into the course but did not go through the material or take the quizzes and final exam. Therefore we could not issue you credit for the course. As per the CA DPR it is the applicator's responsibility to ensure they have completed all of their CEU requirements, not the course provider's. I don't know why you believe you should have access to your certificates at anytime. As per our auto-reply response to all completion emails "Courses purchased in 2023 must be completed and certificate downloaded before December 31, 2023."  If you did not print your certificates by December 31st (which you were supposed to in order to send to the state along with your renewal paperwork) then we can manually email the certificates to you, which we did.

    Actually did not have access to my certificates they did not show ** in my account I looked through it all. but it did show everything was 100% completed back in November. We can go back and forth all day but the error shows proof in the attached 100% completed on 11/8/23. Again I don't care about the 2021 dates though should not have been there which is another error on your part
