    Billing services for ER physicians. Had the displeasure of speaking with this "company" stating they have not been paid for services. However my insurance sent me letters stating they have paid. Now they want me to go track down the payment. NOPE. You do the billing, you follow up on the payment. It is not my job, nor am I being PAID to follow up on YOUR BILLING. Stop being lazy and do the work. And threatening to report it for collection? GOOD LUCK. Your inability to do your job is not my fault. Do the billing, do it correctly, follow up on the payments. That's called REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT.
