    Purchased a new pair of transition glasses and frame. Tint on both lenses is peeling off. Went to store and said they would replace lenses that I paid three years ago $419.00. I feel the tint has a defect and should be replaced at no charge.

    To whom it may concern,

    Our mutual patient, *** ******* ********** had purchased his eyewear on February, 16th of 2022. Our company and store warrantee is for one year against any breakage or defects. His lenses purchased had a two year manufactures warrantee. Both had expired by over a year. We had offered to match his price that he paid in 2022 to replace the lenses in question. That would have been a 40 percent discount off his lenses to satisfy, but he refused to pay anything. He also had filed a complaint with our Corporate offices who also agreed with our store's offer to resolve his issue. We had tried to satisfy *** ********** but is unwilling to accept that it can not be done at no charge.
