      Had to get cardiac monitor for a CT scanner, sent me the wrong one. Then would not ship out the part we ordered. Had to email and call every day to keep them on task they kept stringing me along. Still have not got the product we agreed upon. ************* is furious and is having to delay patient care. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY

      Purchased equipment (Dexascan) from Absolute Medical. Paid 8K deposit ******** delivered faulty machine in early February which they couldn't get it functioning. Left in our medical office for over 2 months, wouldn't return calls for weeks or refund payment. Agreed on delivery date in April or promised he'd return deposit. Requested basic specs on the new machine to be delivered - ignored these requests. Didn't have equipment there on agreed date (didn't answer calls or texts on that date). I'd cleared schedule and business this day to be available. They arrived at a later date, asked his delivery staff to remove the faulty machine. Currently June, hasn't refunded my payment.
